The “CHIKATILO RULE”
How it should be done.
Serial Killer Andrei Chikatilo, the “Rostov Ripper”. 52-56 Victims. (52 Confirmed.)
If ever there were a man worthy of the execution he received, it was Andrei Chikatilo.
His execution was carried out expeditiously and mercilessly. Exactly as he objectively deserved. He was a monster in every sense of the word. Evil incarnate. His life unceremoniously ended with a single bullet through the brain on Feb. 14th (“Valentine’s Day”), 1994. He was buried in an unmarked grave in the prison graveyard at Novocherkassk prison, Russia. He was executed within 2 years of his sentencing.

Unlike here in America, where privately owned (yet tax-payer funded) prison systems provide a relatively comfy life for those who have already been proven unable to exist within general society, yet are allowed to further exist for years, even decades before their sentence is carried out, Russia chose a more expeditious resolution.
I agree with their choice. Which is why I am now an advocate for what I term the
"Chikatilo Rule”.
There are only two prerequisite criteria to this rule.
The accused must be proven guilty. Though not necessarily meaning “by law”.
(That part can be debated. WILL be debated.) Comment below.
The execution itself fulfills 3 sub-criteria-
It must be expeditious.
It must be unceremonious.
It must be merciless.
Should you need another monster to deem worthy of the rule, look no further than Jose Ibarra. An illegal immigrant alleged to have brutally murdered Augusta University, (Athens, Georgia) nursing student, Laken Riley. She was 22. She was savaged.
NOTE- (Ibarra’s status as an illegal immigrant has little bearing on the core substance of this article, as such, it won’t be further mentioned. That’s a separate article)
In my opinion, all the PC BS aside… he did it. The trial is going on as I write this. There is very, very little, if any doubt, he did it.
All the evidence not only points to him, it literally IS him. HIS DNA.
Found under Riley’s fingernails. She fought for her life. He choked it out of her… then destroyed her face with a rock. Nothing less than true EVIL.
Jose Ibarra is a rabid beast that needs to be put down.
Disagree? I honestly couldn’t care less.
Among other rock solid bits of evidence presented, was his thumbprint, found on her cell phone. The phone a few feet away from her body. A monster killed Laken Riley.
That monster is Jose Ibarra.
Implement the “CHIKATILO RULE”.
Ask your self objectively, upon conviction, is this soulless monster not deserving?
AFTERWORD
I wrote this article as a way of expounding upon the following Note I posted earlier today. I thought the topic worthy of a little more “meat”. Maybe I’m wrong. I leave that for you to decide.
Obviously, (if you read it) a couple of the things I wrote in the Note were factually incorrect. I know that now. After I wrote it I decided I’d better double check a few things. Turns out it was warranted. Corrections have been made within this article. Regardless of that, the idea was conveyed adequately I believe.
